    What is Paypal? How do I use it?

    Paypal is becoming a very popular way to do business on the Internet. The reason being that the only people who will have your credit card or bank account information is Paypal.  With PayPal, you can send money to anyone with an email address by simply signing up and logging into your account at www.PayPal.com. You can also make any purchases by using major credit cards including the following:

    Unfortunately, we currently deliver within Canada and United States only.


    What currency is used for the products posted on this website?
    All items listed on this website are priced in Canadian dollars

    Do you have a physical store?

    Yes, our jewellery collection can be found at Shoppes of the Parkway located at 670 Hwy #7 East, Unit 72, Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada L4B 3P2.  It is right next to the Sheraton Hotel and the major intersection is Hwy #7 and East Beaver Creek.


    How long will it take for me to receive my order?

    Processing and delivery time depend on which shipping method you choose. Our shipping methods include: 

    -   Canada Post (7 to 10 business days)
    -   Courier Ground (5 to 7 business days)
    -   Courier Air (3 to 5 business days)
    -   USA Air (4 to 10 business days)
    -   Xpresspost USA (3 to 5 business days)

    IMPORTANT: Courier service will not deliver to a P.O. Box.


    Is there a sales tax?

    Yes, a 13% HST will apply to orders placed in Canada only and taxes will not be applied to shipping & handling costs.


    What is the process for ordering customized jewellery item?

    You can simply send an email to customerservice@designedbyabble.com with a detailed description of your requirements.  For example, if you want to order a necklace posted under Jewllery Collection in a different color, please make reference to the name of the product (in this case would be the name of the necklace) in your email and include a description of your requirements.


    Can I order more than one unit of the same item since your jewellery is one-of-a-kind?

    Yes, this can be done through a customized order; however, ordering the same item for more than one unit can only be accepted for the same customer.  In other words, no other customer can order the same item of yours if you have already placed the order.  


    How long do I need to wait if I order a customized item?

    A customized order will take an average of 2 weeks to complete depending on the complexity of the item.  Pictures of your customized order will be posted on our website once it's done and a notification email will be sent to you.


    Is there any way I can reduce my shipping cost?
    Yes, when you place an order for more than one item, you will receive a reduced shipping rate based on the number of items of your order. The actual shipping cost will be calculated at check out.

    Can I order an item that has already been sold? For example, an item shown on the Photo Gallery?
    Unfortunately, since the products on my website are one-of-a-kind, you can only order a customized item similar to the sold item (i.e. in a different colour).

    What is your return policy?

    We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make with us. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase please return it within 14 days for a full refund.  We ask only that you return the product in the same condition and with the same packaging in which you received it.  Refunds are issued within 7 business days after the item is received and are credited back to the method of payment used.  Please use an insurable method of delivery as we are not responsible for packages returned without insurance.  You are responsible for any costs incurred to return an item to us.
